Claire Gillissen-Duval

Bio

In her role as Senior Director of EMEA & MEE Corporate Social Responsibility at SAP, Claire builds and nurtures strategic partnerships that leverage talent, technology, and capital to help the world run better and improve people’s lives. She has supported hundreds of nonprofits over the past 20 years with a sharp focus on youth empowerment, accountable grant-making, and philanthropy diversity.

Claire is also the founder of SAP’s Africa Code Week, the largest digital literacy program in Africa, that has introduced coding skills to millions of youths across 54 African countries since 2015.

Her speaking engagements include a UNESCO roundtable on the International Day for the Universal Access to Information as well as an EQUALS Global Partnership panel addressing gender inequalities in tech during EDD in Brussels, or the Women Empowerment Program various events since 2022.

Since 2019, Claire is an active member of the King Baudouin Foundation International Philanthropy Committee.

Claire holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Orleans, France.
