The goal of M.arter is to harmonize family life with career needs for both parents and employers. For parents, M.arter offers support with education, personal growth, career changes, job searching, or starting their own business. For employers, M.arter helps to find qualified workers and set up or implement DEI, ESG strategies, family-friendly policies, flexible work arrangements, and parental leave management. M.arter also builds the largest community of proactive parents and actively contributes to changing legislation.
