Bio
Gabriele is a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in political science, German, and theology, having studied in Barcelona, Heidelberg, and Lynchburg, Virginia. She earned her master’s degree in political science from Heidelberg University before launching her career in public relations.
Starting as a PR consultant, she worked with Tourism and Public Affairs clients before joining Hering Schuppener in Frankfurt. There, she founded the Public Affairs Department and led it as Deputy Managing Director until 2002.
At SAP, where she has held various roles since 2002, Gabriele’s focus shifted to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). As Regional Head of CSR for Middle and Eastern Europe from 2015, she was pivotal in driving SAP’s CSR portfolio in the region. She co-developed the successful Meet&Code initiative with Haus des Stiftens and TechSoup Europe.
In October 2022, Gabriele assumed the role of CSR Lead for Germany, continuing her mission to create meaningful social impact through innovative corporate initiatives.
