We have booked the entire NEU Residences building exclusively for our summit guests. NEU Residences offers modern, well equipped apartment units of various sizes, accommodating between 2 and 7 people per apartment.

The majority of the summit participants will be hosted at NEU Residences and will share apartments with other attendees. Each apartment includes shared living spaces and bedrooms with a mix of twin and double beds.

Please note that, due to the layout of the apartments, some participants may need to share rooms — and in a few cases, double beds. We understand this may not be ideal, and we will do our very best to allocate rooms thoughtfully and comfortably for everyone.
